Reiki works to realign the 7 main Chakras, or energy centers, that can become clogged with emotions leading to imbalance in the well being of the individual.

Each Chakra represents a different aspect of our being within the body and spirit. When they are clear and open, emotion flows easily, the person has a sense of calm, well being and connection with the Universe and Universal Love. When the Chakras become blocked a person can feel disconnected, overly emotional and unwell both physically and mentally.
